Yes. Since it is a Schengen Visa, you can travel across 29 European countries. However, the Netherlands must be your primary destination where you spend the most nights.
While not strictly fixed, we recommend a closing balance of at least PKR 1,000,000 for solo travelers and PKR 2,500,000+ for families to prove you can afford the stay (approx. €100/day).
You will need a Proof of Sponsorship/Private Accommodation form (Form 1310) signed by your host and legalized by their local Dutch municipality.
