We compile your mandatory files, including Schengen-compliant insurance, employment letters, and NTN/Tax returns for the last 3 years. We also draft a strong Cover Letter explaining your trip to the Grand Duchy.

Visa Retrieval & Briefing

Once your passport is returned, we provide a final briefing on Schengen entry rules and ensuring you have your hotel and insurance copies ready for immigration at Luxembourg Findel Airport or other EU entry points.

Since there is no Luxembourg embassy in Pakistan, all applications are processed by the Embassy of Belgium in Islamabad via VFS Global.

For a solo traveler, we recommend a closing balance of at least PKR 1.2M to 1.5M. For families, this should be PKR 2.5M+ to demonstrate stability.

Yes. As a Schengen Visa, it allows you to travel across all 29 member countries. However, Luxembourg must be your main destination.

Only if you are being hosted by a resident in Luxembourg. They must get a legalized “Statement of Financial Support” from their local commune.

You can apply up to 6 months before your trip. Given that Sweden expanded its visa services in late 2025, we recommend starting the process at least 2 months early.
